5 - I purchased gems in the shop but didn’t receive them

We’re sorry to hear you did not receive your gems. Sometimes there is a slight delay between the time you’ve completed your purchase and the time it is credited to your account.

However, if your gem balance isn’t updated after a few hours, please contact our in-app customer service team with your transaction ID. The easiest way is to send us a screenshot of your Google Play Store or Apple iTunes receipt (which you received via email).
