2 - How does the transfer work? Will I lose my account?

The transfer takes your chip balance and stats such as win/loss ratio and transfers them to the new game, adding them to your current statistics. The chips and stats remain in the old game as well, so nothing is lost. Your XP from the old game is not transferred. For an explanation about this, please check our question on XP below.
